Fees
Official amounts for the Republic of the Congo must be approved by the competent authority. The prototype collects no real payment and does not reuse Benin fees.
Payment methods
The architecture supports Visa and Mastercard with 3‑D Secure, Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, automatic reconciliation, unique receipts and financial logging. Operational dispute handling must be connected to the selected provider.
Refunds and disputes
The final policy will be published before payments are enabled. Each refund will require a reason, authorization and dual approval according to amount.
